Frequently asked
Do I need an appointment or can I just walk in?
Both work. The salon takes walk-ins, but booking online guarantees your time and the professional you want. On Fridays and Saturdays, booking is the safe route.
Do you speak Portuguese?
Yes. The team works in English, Portuguese and Spanish. The salon was built for the Brazilian and Latin community of Greater Orlando.
What is the cancellation policy?
The salon asks for 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancelling with less than 24 hours carries a fee of 25% of the service, and a no-show carries 50%. Emergencies are handled case by case: just let us know as early as you can.
How much is laser hair removal?
It depends on the area. Small areas such as upper lip or chin are $75, and large ones such as full legs are $525. There are combos and maintenance pricing. The first assessment is free and defines how many sessions you need.
Which laser do you use?
A Candela laser, the same device you see in our artwork. Sessions are run by Meire, who also does the initial assessment.
Do you treat hair loss or psoriasis?
Yes. The salon has a scalp health front, with an assessment, the four-session Controlled Psoriasis protocol, Purifying Detox, Zen for pregnancy and Relief and Comfort.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, debit card, cash and check.
Is there parking?
There is, and it is free, right on Old Brick Road in front of the salon.
Can I bring my child?
You can. The salon is kid friendly and even has a kids Micromist on the menu.
Do you do bridal?
We do. Bridal makeup and hairstyle is its own service, and there is an on-location fee if you need us outside the salon.
